How are the tiles made?

The tiles are made with the highest precision and quality. They are ceramic tiles that have Armor Coatings, a state-of-the-art coating that allows an image to become part of the tile. The tiles are then cured for durability. The coatings on the tiles contain Tinnovans, which are essentially UV light blockers that prevent the image on the tiles from being attacked by UV rays. These special tiles along with the highest quality organic inks will allow the image to retain it’s beauty without degradation for many years.

Can the images on the tiles be scratched?

Yes. It is best not to stack tiles on top of each other or use abrasive objects or cleaners on them.  The glossy tiles are recommended only for decorative purposes.

How do you clean dirt and fingerprints from the tiles?

Use a citrus based cleaner with a soft cloth.

How can I use a mural?

Murals can be used on walls, in frames, and as borders in bathrooms and kitchens.  There are no limits for ideas in the home and business.

When finishing a mural, what type of grout should I use?

Grout without sand will fill the joints without scratching the surfaces. Silicone can also be used to do the job.

Can I use any type tile in a wet area?

No. Only Aqua Tiles can be used in wet environments.  They are designed to resist water penetration and chlorine attack. Aqua Tiles have undergone rigorous testing and have endured over 40 hours in a chlorine boil test with no de-lamination.

Can I use tiles in a heated area, such as a hot tub?

It is not recommended using any of these tiles in a hot tub.

How can I have a tile of a loved one or pet made?

Just send us a digital picture. The picutre can be a 35mm photograph, or flat artwork that has been scanned at resolution of at least 300dpi.  Pictures and artwork can also be sent to the mailing address provided in this web site.
